Returns and Exchanges

As all our products are handmade to your individual measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or meet your expectations. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or issue with the product, you may return it within 14 days of the item's receipt, provided the item is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Refunds will be processed to the account specified by the buyer within 14 days of the return. 

Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging with the original labeling attached. Returns cannot be accepted if labels are removed.

We offer free return services, but please note that you are responsible for shipping the returned items back to us. We cannot compensate for items lost in transit.

To return an item, please attach the return label to the package and drop it off at the nearest LP EXPRESS pick-up point and sent to (Nemenčinės pl.2 IKI parduotuvė, Vilnius LP EXPRESS). Thanks!
